We left our property in the hands of Jamie and her team at Empire in the first few days of January 2018. She knew we only had a few days before leaving the country and after trying to manage it ourselves from overseas decided that Empire Estate agents were the absolute best choice with all the experience that has had managing many of my friends' properties. Jamie dropped everything and raced over to our property. She went through absolutely everything with us and made us so comfortable with leaving it all to her and her team. Within 2 days Jamie has organised our property inspection report, top-class photos and it was up on the web. First home open was not even a week later and we had many applications. New tenants moved in the following week. That's under 10 days of signing with Empire, our house has been rented out. It doesn't get any better than that. We are constantly kept up to date with all the small stuff and all the money handling is so organised I'm blown away. I would highly recommend Jamie and Empire regardless of which area you live in. They are AMAZING!!!!
