To qualify, agency members must:

​

• Be the leader in Residential Property Management services in their local area

• Strive for excellence in Property Management and set the highest standard of client experience

• Engage in training and continuous learning and development within the property management field

• Be an Independent Agency with a minimum of 5 years direct portfolio management and or / team management 

• Maintain a minimum score of 4 stars plus in Google reviews 

• Willingly collaborate to achieve mutual benefit and raise the professional standards within the industry

• Be of good character and operate business activities within the PPMI code of conduct

• Commit to attending monthly membership meetings, workshops and support training events 

• Demonstrate a high level of interest and competence in property management and be willing to collaborate and contribute this knowledge with other members

• Work in non-competing agencies within designated local areas

Our Exclusive area membership is judged by local presence, the standard of knowledge and understanding, practical skills and commitment to the property management industry. 

Members may utilise the PPMI logo on their website and marketing material.
