When four passionate Property Managers connected to educate each other and create better businesses the Perth Property Management Institute | PPMI was founded.

Collaboration of ideas, processes and efficiencies started a journey to create excellence and progressively improve the client experience in the property management industry. Industry research shows that 37% of property owners are dissatisfied with their Property Manager, we want to raise the industry standard.

We recognise and promote leaders in the property management industry and the Agencies that invest in better outcomes.

PPMI connects property owners with their local area specialist who can provide an independent advisory service. As a property owner, you will be provided with an insight into solutions and recommendations within the Residential Tenancy Act.

Our purpose is to EDUCATE and CONNECT property owners with industry specialists and CREATE excellence in client experience.

Ashleigh

I fell into the real estate industry head first in 1998 and haven’t left! After working for some leading agencies in Perth but frustrated with being an employee, I commenced SOCO Realty at the young age of 23. We specialise in being a hyper local agency and have built a strong reputation in the South Perth area. We are community and family focused not only with our clients but also with our team.

Jamie

Licensed in 1996 I have been working in the real estate industry for more than 20 years. As Principal I opened the doors of Empire Estate Agents in March 2003 and its been an amazing journey with an amazing team.
With a love and focus on Property Management and Strata Management, my passion is to work with clients to help them build their property portfolios, giving them financial freedom and greater control over their future. I am dedicated to delivering continuity of service and excellence in our services.

Donna

I joined this exciting industry in 1993. Since 2005 through the ups and downs of the Perth Real Estate property market I’ve grown a business built on referrals with 82% of our business coming from an existing client or a referral from one. I can’t think of anything else I would rather do. Our ideal clients are time poor people looking to build a long-term relationship that will last a lifetime. We offer a peace of mind, stable and transparent property management service that ensures you are compliant with the ever-changing legislation that governs our industry. Leah

I am a Licensed Agent with over 20 years of experience in Property Management (residential and commercial) as well as Strata Management. I have been fortunate enough to lead the wonderful team at O’Neill Real Estate for over a decade. I have been dedicated to Best Practice in the industry by keeping abreast of legislation, being active in our industry bodies, whilst also creating dynamic and versatile processes and procedures in the pursuit of property management excellence and accountability.
